😈 PeyRay Symposium 2027 — Agenda

📍 Conrad Hotel, Nashville | 📅 Friday April 23 – Saturday April 24, 2027

Tentative; subject to change.

🎯 Here's the game plan.

Friday is when sh*t hits the fan: FP3, zygos, pterygoids, and how to fix full-arch cases that went sideways, including the conversations nobody teaches you to have PLUS everything they should teach in prosth schools that they don’t AKA Prosth simplified!

Saturday is how you stay out of that mess to begin with: FP1, admiring them sexy tissues, preserving bone instead of rescuing it, and owning the conservative approach and be a MAN and a good leader! Mental health stuff both days!

🦷 PeyRay Symposium 2027

April 23–24, 2027 · Conrad Hotel, Downtown Nashville · 16 CE Hours

✨ Why Attend

“Doc, what am I going to get out of this?”

You come to get Inspired. Here’s what’s waiting for you in Nashville:

  • 1️⃣ Two full days of FP1 vs FP3, surgery and prosthetics together

This exists because crash course attendees kept saying one day wasn't enough. So much in my head my mind is blown away. Please give me 2 days and add more complications and have some FP1. Here you go:

Friday goes deep on FP3 and complications; Saturday is dedicated to FP1. Nothing is rushed, and both sides of the case — the surgery and the prosthetic — get covered by people who do both.

  • 2️⃣ Real Complications, Real fck ups! No hiding!

Managing failed cases, remote anchorage, and what to do when a full arch goes wrong. This is the $ht most people don't have the balls to share.

  • 3️⃣Prosthetics

One focused session covers what usually takes years of trial and error in digital dentistry to learn Prosthodontics. Material selection, design, occlusion, and the prosthetic decisions that make or break a full-arch case.

  • 6️⃣ A room full of your peers and NO EGO! (Non-negotiable) If you can't control it, please don't come!

Capped at 300 and limited to intermediate to advanced clinicians already placing implants — prosthodontists, periodontists, oral surgeons, and general dentists doing full-arch surgery.

  • 7️⃣ Pick your seat

Assigned seating chosen from the seating diagram at registration. Earlier registration means better seat selection.

  • 8️⃣ Downtown Nashville at the Conrad

Hotel Address: 1620 West End Ave, Nashville, TN 37203

  • 9️⃣ Early bird saves $600

First 100 seats at $3,199 before the price moves to $3,495 and then $3,795.

  • 🔟Saturday Night Rooftop Send-Off · Add-on ticket: $199

You’ve just spent two days on FP1, FP3, and complications. Now it’s time to celebrate. Join Dr. PeyRay and your fellow attendees for the ultimate send-off at one of Music City’s hottest rooftop venues.

    • Network after two days of intense learning
    • Open bar, Unlimited Drinks, and appetizers all night
    • Live entertainment with a DJ and Nashville skyline views

Space is limited. Add your ticket at registration.
